Inputs: Total of 5081 work days, 4001 work days of long-term experts, 1030 work days of international and local experts, teaching and training materials, adapted distance learning scheme for the credit cooperatives
Contracting authority: The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade
Contractor: SOFRECO (France) in consortium with Credit Mutuel Bank (France)
Three Pilot Regions: Astrakhan Oblast, Yaroslavl Oblast, Republic of Buryatia
Target Groups:
- private farmers and managers of household plots
- members of credit co-operatives on local, regional and national level
- staff and management of Credit Co-operative Unions, and the National Association, at national and regional level
- staff of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and of Oblast Administrations, specifically the Economic Departments, staff of training institutions
