According to the agreed plans Study Tour to France has been organized. The participants of the tour were Ministries Staff as well as the Credit Unions Apex Staff. The study focuses specifically on the ability of the Apex Staff to contribute economic value and the development of Credit Cooperatives in Russia. Study and promulgation of the world experience of credit co-operation and providing the rural sector with access to credit resources; implementation of awareness campaigns.
